Installer Error 1718 - How to Deal With It

With certain version of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 you may experience an issue where an install fails. The problem occurs if the Windows Installer process has insufficient contiguous virtual memory (system setting) to verify that the .msi package or the .msp package is correctly signed.

For Windows 2003 visit the Microsoft KB Article 925336. Install fix, restart, and then start your program installer again.
