Developing for cross-browser functionality and consistent look-and-feel can be challenging due to slight adoptions of CSS standards and rendering practices. Here are some good resources for testing:
- Browserstack.
For $19 a month (per user) you can access their very extensive support for browsers and devices. Check out www.browserstack.com. You can even use their API to automate screenshot generation. - iOS Simulator.
Go to https://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action#downloads. You will need setup an account or login. Only works with XCode. So - get a Mac or something equivalent. - Android Emulator.
Check out http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.htm. You'll need Eclipse for the plug-in.
