Windows 8 File Explorer Doesn't Show Preview Pictures

Did your preview pictures disappear from File Explorer?  Do you now only see icons in Windows 8?  Here is the easy fix:

1.  Open File Explorer and go to a directory with pictures.
2.  Select the VIEW tab if not already selected.
3.  Click on Options to open the Folder Options dialog.
4.  Select the View tab.
5.  Clear the checkmark from the "Always show icons, never thumbnails"
6.  Click OK.
