SQL Server Profiler / SQL Express - Express Profiler (free)

SQL Server Profiler only comes with certain editions of SQL Server (Standard, Developer, Enterprise, etc.).

If you are working with Express editions, or don't have your discs handy, you can use the Express Profiler (free) from Codeplex.
