How-To Create Thumbnail for Video on YouTube

Of all the websites and blogs out there...I ran into an issue where I created a new account, added a video, and wanted to use a custom thumbnail.  Couldn't do it.

Through some Luck and Determination...here is the answer:

• Create your account.
• Verify your account.

Now you can add a custom thumbnail under Edit.
