XBOX 360 Error Code: 307d 3143 a080 0f00 8007 2ee2

I was getting the error code "307d 3143 a080 0f00 8007 2ee2" when trying to do an XBOX Live Update to a 360.  The problem was resolved by doing the following:

My Xbox -> System Settings -> Memory. Anywhere on the screen (highlighting "All Devices" is fine), press:

1.  Start your Xbox.
2.  Go to System Settings > Memory.
3.  Tap the buttons on the controller in the following sequence:
 - Left Bumper
 - Right Bumper
 - X
 - Left Bumper
 - Right Bumper
 - X
When be prompted to delete the system update, do it.  It will restart, then extract, and you should be good to go.
