Looking for a fast, affordable, and good anti-virus? Try Kaspersky Internet Suuite (http://usa.kaspersky.com/products_services/internet-security.php). It not only provides an excellent Consumer Reports 2009 rating for anti-virus but it also has anit-spyware and other protection all rolled into one. You can get it around $79. Seems a little pricey (at first), but you get 3 licenses so that is around $26 a computer.
It is fast, does not have a lot of running processes, and is way faster when using your browser than Norton or McAfee or AVG.
